God of war

God of War is an most popular action-adventure video game series loosely based on Greek mythology, originally created by David Jaffe at Sony's Santa Monica Studio. Debuting in 2005, this series has become  flagship , title for the PlayStation brand, it initially launch with PS2, after that now it is consisting of seven games across multiple platforms. An eighth version of this game is currently in development,  it seem to be  it  be a soft reboot for the series and will be loosely based on Norse mythology.
God of war series story canters around its playable character, main one is Kratos, the Spartan warrior  killing his wife and daughter by his former master, the God of War Ares. The  Kratos kills Ares at the behest of the goddess Athena and takes his place as  the fighting as the  new God of War but is still haunted by the nightmares of his past. Now  time for  revealed so that a demigod and the son of  Zeus and the King of the Olympian Gods who betrays Kratos . The Spartan then start  seeks revenge against the gods for theirs machinations. Which follows  a series of attempts to free himself from the influence of the gods and the Titans and exact revenge.
Santa Monica has developed this amazing game with all main entries  ,while Ready at Dawn and Javaground/Sony Online Entertainment-Los Angeles (SOE-LA) developed this game on other three side games. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE; formerly Sony Computer Entertainment) has published all games in for all tv and pc but not for the mobile phone instalment. God of war  was published by Sony Pictures Digital inc. There are two eras of games in the series of God Of War. The first seven games, which are focus on mainly Greek mythology with vengeance as a central motif , there’s main trilogy—God of War (2005), God of War II (2007), and God of War III (2010)—was released for the PlayStation 2 (PS2) and PlayStation 3 (PS3) video game consoles. The fourth main installment,  Ascension (2013),  and a prequel with the entire series, was also released for the PS3 and features  for multiplayer. These three sides games include Chains of Olympus  in 2008 , Ghost of Sparta  in 2010  for the PlayStation Portable (PSP)  and  Betrayal in 2007 for mobile phones which  support the Java Platform . The  Micro Edition in (Java ME) and  Santa Monica is currently working on the eighth instalment and  also titled God of War  for the PlayStation 4, (PS4).
The  addition for individual games and for two collections featuring remastered versions for  both PS2  installments, God of War Collection,  in 2009  and both PSP instalments . 

The Origins Collection  in 2011  were  first released for the PS3 by Bluepoint Games and Ready at Dawn with respectively  Another collection of God of War Saga (2012)  which was released on the PS3 and  come with the features God of War Collection . In celebration of the franchise's tenth anniversary God of War III Remastered was released on 2015 and was ported by Wholesale Algorithms.The games in this series have been praised for being the best action games forever ,for the PlayStation brand  and some of the best action games of all time.
